If there are multiple clients booked for the tour, the person confirming the booking assures Rajvansh Holidays that they have the required authorization and consent from all parties involved. They have secured the necessary permissions and authorizations to make bookings for all clients listed in the reservation, and have communicated all relevant details to ensure their informed and voluntary consent. The information they have provided regarding the clients is comprehensive and accurate. Additionally, they have obtained all required consents and permissions to share this information with Rajvansh Holidays in order to finalize the booking process.
PAYMENT OPTION:

Departures & Cancellation of a Tour by: Rajvansh Holidays
At Rajvansh Holidays, we provide our clients with the assurance that all FIT or group tours they book will depart as planned, with the option of making reasonable itinerary adjustments if needed. Please be advised that tour details and departure dates listed in brochures and printed materials are subject to potential changes, and this guarantee does not include those specific dates. A tour departure is confirmed once we have received a minimum of one confirmed booking from a client. However, please understand that this guarantee does not apply in instances of Force Majeure.
If Rajvansh Holidays cancels a tour prior to the agreed departure date without incidents of Force Majeure or client fault, we strive to prioritize your satisfaction by offering the following alternatives for your consideration.:
You have the option to choose another tour of equal or higher value if a suitable alternative can be found with reasonable effort.
If a replacement tour of equal or higher value is not an option, you can choose a tour of lower value and receive a refund for the price difference between the original tour and the replacement tour. Alternatively, you have the choice to receive a full refund for the cancelled tour without any deductions.
Please let us know your preference so we can assist you accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation, and are dedicated to ensuring you have a superior travel experience.
Rajvansh Holidays takes no responsibility for any extra costs or negative outcomes arising from a canceled reservation. These costs could include visa fees, non-reimbursable transportation tickets, parking fees, or any other related charges. In the event that a significant part of your tour becomes unavailable as planned, please be reassured that we will make every effort to provide suitable alternative options to ensure the smooth continuation of your tour. If, by any chance, we are unable to find a satisfactory replacement or if you choose not to accept any alternatives offered, we will gladly refund you for any unused parts of your tour or related products. Please note that early check-in is based on availability. To secure an early arrival, we recommend reserving a room from the night before. Our aim is to make sure your stay is enjoyable and hassle-free.
Check-Out Timings: 10:00 – 12:00 Hours
Late check-out times can be arranged upon request, subject to both payment and availability.
EXTRA USAGE OF VEHICLE:
Please note that any additional costs incurred from exceeding the designated transfer or sightseeing time for our vehicles (e.g. cars or coaches with drivers) are not covered in the service provided. Therefore, we would like to remind you that it is strictly prohibited to exceed the specified time limits. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATION OF TOUR BY CLIENT
In the event that circumstances beyond your control prevent you from proceeding with your scheduled tour, you have the option to transfer your reservation to another individual who meets all tour requirements. Please notify Rajvansh Holidays at least 14 days prior to the departure date to facilitate the transfer process. Both the transferring party and the recipient will be responsible for covering the tour fees and any additional expenses resulting from the transfer, if approved. This policy is implemented to uphold fairness and ensure smooth coordination among all involved parties.
If you have booked a private tour with Rajvansh Holidays and need to make changes to your plans, we are here to help you reschedule your tour for a later date. Please note that there may be associated costs involved. According to our cancellation policy, you will be responsible for covering any cancellation fees. Additionally, any unexpected expenses that arise before your rescheduled tour, such as accommodation, transportation, fuel, taxes, or fees from third-party vendors, will be your responsibility to cover. These costs may be influenced by factors such as currency fluctuations, park fees, tax increases, or government regulations affecting tour pricing. The cancellation fees at Rajvansh Holidays are based on the date of the cancellation request. The amount charged is a percentage of the total tour cost that is being cancelled. Below is a detailed breakdown of these fees.:

- 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.

Cancellation Policy for Wildlife Safaris in Indian National Parks
Please be aware that once a wildlife safari is confirmed at any of the Indian Wildlife National Parks or sanctuaries, it is non-refundable. Regrettably, any request for changing the date will be treated as a cancellation, with no refunds or adjustments granted. Your comprehension of this policy is greatly appreciated..

Rajvansh Holidays is not liable for any discounts or refunds for services not utilized by the client, unless the fault lies with Rajvansh Holidays, its suppliers, or representatives. This includes cases where the client's participation in the tour is terminated due to their own actions, negligence, or violation of our Terms and Conditions. While we endeavor to ensure that your tour proceeds as planned, we cannot guarantee strict adherence to the agreed itinerary at all times. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the itinerary if necessary or advantageous. We will attempt to communicate any modifications before the tour begins, however, this is not obligatory and we will not be held responsible for any resulting refund issues. Please note that we have limited control over the accommodations used on our tours, which may be subject to constraints or variances beyond our control.
Refund
When requesting a refund for unused services or those not cancelled in advance, the refund amount will be determined according to our established cancellation policy. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Please be aware that the refund may take 2-4 weeks to process as a result of banking procedures. Any bank charges accrued will be subtracted from the refunded amount if applied to a credit card or bank account.

By doing so, the client releases Rajvansh Holidays from any responsibility for claims or legal actions related to losses, damages, injuries, or death resulting from these inherent travel risks. This includes activities like adventure travel, exploring remote areas, and participating in adventurous activities outlined in our tour itineraries. Nonetheless, be assured that our team will always prioritize your safety during the entire experience.
Kindly note that the standards for hygiene, accommodation, and transportation in some tour locations may differ from what you are accustomed to in your home country. It is essential to recognize that the level of personal risk may vary depending on the type of tour or destination you choose. It is imperative to comprehend that if the client disregards the provided information, Rajvansh Holidays cannot be held responsible for any resulting outcomes.
Throughout the duration of the tour, it is imperative that the customer abides by all pertinent rules and regulations of India and the locations visited. Any violation of these guidelines, infringement of laws during the tour, or engagement in behavior considered by Rajvansh Holidays as possibly detrimental or disruptive to others, will not be accepted.
In the event that it becomes necessary, Rajvansh Holidays maintains the right to cancel a client's travel arrangements for any tour, with no liability on our part. If such a cancellation occurs, the client will not receive a refund for any unused services or expenses, including return travel, accommodations, meals, and incidental costs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely regret the situation.
During their tour with Rajvansh Holidays, clients are accountable for any expenses resulting from damage, theft, excessive cleaning fees, or other incidents. It is essential for clients to promptly inform accommodation, transportation, or facility staff of any pre-existing damage and to notify a Rajvansh Holidays representative. Safety is of utmost importance during the tour and clients must utilize safety equipment such as seat belts, harnesses, and helmets, while also following posted signs and warnings. COMPLAINTS

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Kindly be informed that Rajvansh Holidays does not provide travel insurance for our esteemed clients. It is imperative for you to procure sufficient coverage from your native land. We suggest opting for a policy that encompasses crucial medical, evacuation, and repatriation benefits for the entirety of your stay with us. Moreover, make certain that your insurance encompasses personal injury and emergency medical expenses. We highly recommend extending your coverage to safeguard against unexpected events like cancellation, loss, damage, injury, delays, or inconveniences that might occur throughout your journey.
Please also note that the tour cost does not include insurance coverage. It is important for you to buy separate coverage at an extra charge. When purchasing travel insurance, make sure to provide the insurer with details about your trip for adequate coverage. Have a safe journey!
