Upon arrival in Delhi, you'll be drop-off at Delhi Airport or at your desire place in Delhi.

• If the group of clients is more than five adults, an additional charter can be arranged. An additional sixth person may be accommodated, subject to certain conditions.
• Helicopters can accommodate up to a maximum of five passengers in one charter.
• While the price of the package remains the same as stated above, per-person costs are reduced proportionately if there are more than five passengers on the helicopter.
• A maximum of two charters can be accommodated per day; however, for a group larger than 10 passengers, additional charters can be arranged.

• The mentioned flight shall depend upon weather, wind, fog, and visibility conditions, and flight schedules are subject to change or divert due to weather conditions, flight safety, and operational restrictions.
• Confirmation of the flight is subject to availability, and booking can be confirmed after the receipt of a 100% advance payment. Passengers are allowed 5 kg of baggage, and the average weight per person is assumed to be 75 kg.

• 40% of the amount to be paid for booking confirmation and the balance 20 days before departure.
• In the case of foreign nationals, a minimum of 15 days of advance confirmation and a copy of documents like a passport, visa, and ID card are required.

• 20% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled at any time after the aircraft is blocked until 7 days after the scheduled departure.
• 50% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled within 4 days of the scheduled departure.
• 100% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled departure.
